Four Layers of Defense
Not a product. Infrastructure. The verification layer Web3 communities build on.
Security Architecture
Multi-Signature Verification
Cryptographic approval from multiple administrators before any link-containing announcement is published.
- Configurable approval thresholds (2-of-3, 3-of-5, etc.)
- Time-limited verification windows
- Unique cryptographic codes per approver
- Urgency is the red flag—friction is the feature
Hardware Wallet Binding
Cryptographic proof of admin identity. Even if a Discord account is compromised, attackers cannot approve without physical wallet access.
- Server owner wallet registration
- Admin approver wallet binding
- Signature verification for sensitive actions
- Nation-state level security requirement
On-Chain Attestations
Every security event recorded on Ethereum via EAS. Immutable proof of approvals, rejections, and detected threats.
- Verifiable security history
- Privacy-preserving hashed identifiers
- AI training data for pattern recognition
- Dispute resolution evidence
Threat Intelligence Network
When one community encounters a threat, every community is protected. Shared defense that gets stronger with each participant.
- Real-time cross-community alerts
- Behavioral pattern recognition
- Predictive risk scoring
- Network effects: more data = better defense
The Verification Flow
From submission to publication. Every step verified, every action recorded.
Admin Submits Announcement
An administrator attempts to post a link-containing message to a protected channel. Validify intercepts and holds the content.
Approvers Notified
Designated approvers receive the message preview and a unique cryptographic verification code. Each code is single-use and time-limited.
Threshold Reached
Once the configured number of approvers submit their codes (e.g., 3 of 5), the verification threshold is satisfied. If the window expires, the message is rejected.
Published & Attested
The verified message is published with a Validify badge. Approval signatures are recorded on-chain, creating an immutable audit trail.
User Verifies in Browser
When a community member clicks the verified link, the Validify browser extension checks: Does this link match an attested announcement? Users see a clear trust badge before connecting their wallet.
Protection Beyond Discord
Discord bots protect servers. Validify protects users.
Validify Browser Extension
When you click a link from Discord, existing security ends. The actual wallet drain happens in your browser. Our extension verifies links at the point of wallet connection.
- Real-time attestation lookup before signing
- Contract address verification
- Threat indicator warnings
- Clear trust badges for verified links
- Works with MetaMask, Rainbow, and more
